The California Asian Pacific Chamber of Commerce

The California Asian Pacific Chamber of Commerce (CAPCC) has operated complementary federal and state programs over many years. These programs provide direct business consultations and technical assistance which are critical to expand the ecosystem designed to help minority-owned firms penetrate new markets, grow in size, and maintain competitiveness.
